Qingming Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday that falls on the 4th or 5th of April every year. It is a time for people to pay respects to their ancestors by cleaning their graves and offering food and flowers. In addition to honoring the past, Qingming Festival is also a time for families to come together and enjoy the springtime weather.
As sixth graders, we have been learning about the significance of Qingming Festival in our Chinese culture classes. To further delve into the traditions and customs of this important holiday, we decided to create a hand-written report in English. This not only helps us to improve our language skills, but also allows us to share our cultural heritage with others. In this report, we will explore the history, customs, and modern celebrations of Qingming Festival.
